Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Advance Payment
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment. Dates will not be blocked or reserved without advance confirmation. Balance payment must be cleared before or on the day of the event.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date are non-refundable. However, the booking amount can be adjusted against a future date (subject to availability) if informed at least 30 days in advance.

3. Travel & Accommodation
For outstation or destination weddings, all travel, accommodation, and meal arrangements for the makeup artist(s) must be provided by the client. Travel days are counted as part of the booking duration.

4. Makeup Trials
Makeup trials are available by prior appointment only and are chargeable separately. Trial charges are non-adjustable in the final booking amount unless explicitly mentioned.

5. Time Management
Clients are expected to be on time for appointments. Delays of more than 30 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling based on availability.

6. Hygiene & Product Usage
We maintain the highest hygiene standards. Only premium and skin-tested products are used. However, clients must inform us of any skin allergies or sensitivities during the consultation.

7. Photography & Portfolio Usage
By booking our services, clients grant Blessed Bride Studio the right to use photographs and videos (with or without tagging) for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or advertising unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Liability
Blessed Bride Studio shall not be held liable for any skin reactions, delays caused by unforeseen events (weather, traffic, etc.), or client dissatisfaction arising from non-disclosure of important details (e.g., skin condition, allergies, timing).
